As recent as of 2020, the Tree of Hope was established to promote fundraising alongside the Wreath of Hope foundation. This initiative brings an opportunity for a family to have a blessing during the holidays season. 

With the help of the community members, Meechum's generous donations of toys, kitchen appliances, bedding, and a Christmas Tree are put together for a draw to one lucky winner. Just in 2 years we have generated an exceeded amount to help with the Wreath of Hope foundation.  We look forward to the upcoming years to see how far this initiative can expand towards.
